Returning to Living Food for Round Three. Earlier entries: Jan. 5 and Jan. 19, 2012.
Living Food has stayed alive for nearly a year now; this is still a top spot for a low-guilt meal. Eggs can be enjoyed better with the knowledge that they're free-range.
Omelet filled with mozzarella and herbs. Delicious but detrimental to the wallet at about RM18.
When do mushrooms taste like olive tapenade? When they're served at Living Food. Wonderful.
Living Food might be a health-food restaurant but it's not a vegetarian one; omnivores can order super-tender beef, slow-cooked with raisins, spices and quinoa.

Banana-lavender pancakes, beautifully presented.
Open up for plenty of sweet, fruity fiber. Would love some ice cream with this.
Wholemeal bread, thick and tasty, with a nutty sprouted almond butter.
We've reached this point without salads, but it's worth trying this mix of brie, arugula, walnuts, sliced strawberries and pear with lemon balsamic dressing.
Buckwheat granola with almond milk and fruits. Perfect for a light breakfast to start the morning or a sinless dessert to wrap up a meal.
Living Food Bistro,
