Estilo @ Publika & Black Market @ Kampung Pandan

It's all about tapas this time: Returning to Publika's Estilo & Kampung Pandan's Black Market.

Our top pick for Estilo: Eggs stuffed with tuna, anchovies & walnuts (RM12+). Comfort food.

Air-dried beef on tomato bread, drizzled with olive oil (RM14+).

Spirit-lifting potatoes, packed with cod brandade, topped with aioli (RM14+).

Bloody-good suckling lamb ribs, perfectly prepared, marinated with smoked paprika.

Aubergine "caviar" (RM12+), a pureed eggplant dip that's absolutely addictive.

Estilo is a no-pork restaurant; patrons pursuing porcine pleasure can visit Black Market.

Black Market also features a selection of tapas, including potato-loaded Spanish omelet, steaming-hot & satisfyingly fluffy.

Chinese-style tapas? Bet on Black: Braised pork belly & duck leg.

Black's still beautiful: Egg & tofu. Other tapas here include paprika prawns, octopus with tomato & black truffle pate on toast.

And of course, both Estilo & Black Market offer boatloads of wine. We'll drink to their health!
