Returning to crocodile specialist Krocies & checking out its porky neighbors at SS2.
Earlier entry on Krocies: Nov. 8, 2012.
Crocodile bone soup, a multiple-herb tummy warmer, similar-tasting to many Chinese broths.
Fried crocodile ribs. Meatier than expected, with a juicy crunch that can be addictive.
Crocodile tail in claypot. Tastes like chicken breast, with a sweet-savory kick from the sauce; fitting, since Krocies' crocodiles are mainly fed with fowl.
Next door to Krocies: Super Kitchen Pan Mee.
With multiple branches at Tunku Abdul Rahman, Kepong, Kota Damansara, Taipan, Sri Petaling & Klang besides this SS2 outlet, Super Kitchen must be doing something right.
Chili, chili, toil & trouble. Only took a smidgen. That's enough, I honestly think.
Douse the flames with something like a Yo Yo Ice bubur cha-cha blended dessert drink.
Finally, Wallop Pork Burgers, less than a two-minute walk from both Krocies & Super Kitchen.
Customize your burger: Start with Wallop's Sergeant triple-patty-with-cheese monster (RM12.80), then top it with bacon & egg for juiciness to pleasure the palate.
