Poolside dining can prove hazardous if it suddenly starts raining, but Splash offers a comfortable interior for customers to escape a downpour.

Lamb burger with feta cheese, muhammara chilli relish, arugula & sumac. Borrowing Middle Eastern influences, this was hearty enough to satisfy large appetites, even though the patty was a bit too gamy for our liking.

Seven-ounce beef burger with pastrami & gruyere cheese, accompanied by hummus & potato puree. Comfort food with creamy textures. One of KL's better beef burgers.

Pretty decent cocktails: White Freeze (kahlua, creme de cacao, banana, milk) & Bloody Freeze (vodka, tomato juice, celery).
