Gaja

A stylish bistro located beside the new Zinc Art Space. Service is pleasant and the food is well-prepared, though the menu kinda lacks an imaginative spark.

Wild mushroom soup with bread tuille. Tasted really fresh, with lots of aromatic mushroom bits swimming in the not-too-creamy soup.

Otak-otak fried rice. Generously filled with seafood. Spicy enough to make our tastebuds tingle, though the otak-otak was pretty ordinary.

Chicken burger. Would be better as a beef burger, but at least the patty was thick and succulent, nicely smothered with cheese, pine nuts and mushrooms.

Gaja,
Jalan Maarof, Bangsar.
