We got here at 6 pm, when everything seemed fresh and piping hot.
The nasi lemak packets are puny; three would be barely enough for one person. But they're amazingly tasty, with a sambal that balances sweetness and spiciness very well.
There's a terrific range of side dishes available. Popular ones include the tempeh (fermented soy) and beef simmered in spices & coconut milk.
Fried quail, dried beef lungs and chicken liver. Lip-smackingly good.
Fried "pucuk paku" veggies. Very nicely done. Tasted fairly healthy too.
Close enough to Menara KL and the Petronas Twin Towers for views of both.
