The newest kid on Changkat's busy block aims to give Frangi, Twentyone, Cloth & Clef and everyone else a run for their money.
There's tremendous potential here, though it kinda straddles the line between kitsch and glamour with its "chic French design."
Envie's trump card is its rooftop open-air lounge _ unusual for Changkat. There's also the novelty of an "interactive dance floor" on the club level.
Long Island Iced Tea and Vodka cranberry. The drinks are decent.
