One of the best Japanese outlets in Desa Sri Hartamas, though I think it was better a few years ago.

Ninki tai (thin sliced white fish with foie gras). This proves that sashimi and foie gras can be a match made in heaven after all.

Bakkuri maki (white fish, tuna and salmon roll). There's a wide assortment of rolls here, most of which are worth trying.
